Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of FAE Frameworks ("FAE", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

FAE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FAE. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share or transfer your account to another person.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• Accounts suspected of automation, fraud, or abuse may be suspended without notice.

3. Use of the Platform

FAE provides tools for AI development, app hosting, collaborative coding, NFT creation, and community building. You agree to use these tools only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You must not:

• Upload, publish, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing.
• Use FAE to conduct phishing, spam, denial-of-service attacks, or other malicious activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to FAE systems, other accounts, or third-party services through FAE.
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from FAE without explicit written permission.
• Resell or sublicense FAE services without entering into a separate reseller agreement with us.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to FAE. By uploading content, you grant FAE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and deliver that content as part of operating the platform.

FAE's brand, software, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of FAE Frameworks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute FAE's code, UI, or branding without written permission.

For NFTs minted through FAE: you represent that you hold all rights to the underlying asset and understand that on-chain transactions are irreversible.

5. AI Features & Generated Content

FAE includes AI-powered features (text generation, image generation, code assistance). You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before use.

• Do not use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate — FAE makes no guarantees about its accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Usage of AI features is metered against your workspace credits as defined by your plan.

6. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at FAE's sole discretion.

• Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
• Failed payments may result in service degradation or account suspension after a grace period.
• FAE reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Marketplace transactions (NFT sales, etc.) are subject to applicable platform fees disclosed at the time of sale.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FAE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, NFT value, or profits.

8. Termination

FAE may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use FAE ceases immediately. Content stored in FAE's systems may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. We may retain limited records after account deletion where needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, dispute handling, legal claims, or other legal obligations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against FAE.
